	Q9 Character Input System has been developed for different operating platforms and languages. Select "Products" to see a brief description of the features available for each version and decide which version suits your operating platform and your needs. You are encouraged to see live Demos of Q9 before purchase.

2.	What happens if there are defects or flaws with the Q9 products I purchased?

	Q9 Technology dedicates to ensure 100% satisfaction of the customers registered with Q9 products. If for any reason, you found defects or flaws with any Q9 product you purchased within 1 months of purchase (as evidenced by the date of invoice). You may return the Q9 product to Q9 Technology's retail shop or office to exchange one without the defects or flaws you identified. If the defects or flaws cannot be fixed, Q9 Technology will fully refund the invoiced value of the defective Q9 product. It is important that you register all of your Q9 products with Q9 Technology.

	You can purchase Q9 products online or offline at Q9 Technology's retail shops or resellers retail shops.
