Character Processing System (CPS) is a system that is capable of understanding and processing Chinese language electronically. Unlike English, there are many problems that hinder efficient electronic communication in Chinese. An noticeable one is methodology in understanding and processing the Chinese language.

Currently, commercially available Internet search engines for Chinese are mostly inefficient and rarely generate desirable results. This is due to the complexity of the language and the incapability of the search engine to understand associated phrases, to break down word and phrases accordingly and to derive necessary outcome. To ensure efficient electronic communication in Chinese, an efficient Character Processing System is essential.

With experience in developing Qcode and Q9, our technical team will dedicate its effort in developing such Character Processing System in the coming two years. It is expected marketable prototype would be available in about two and a half years.
