Course Highlights:
Students will master the technics/skill of how to use Q9 CIS within an hour. They can choose to use one or all of three input methods (Q9 Stroke, Q9 Glyph and Q9 Pinyin) being taught in the course. Students will also master and practice how to make use of the major auxiliary functions of the system to improve their typing speed and hence their efficiency at work. Q9 collaborated with Super Cyber Centre to provide free Q9 training course to the public. The first training course was held on February 5, 2002. The event was a great success. The course received enthusiastic response from the participants and was fully reserved when it was open to public for reservation. Therefore, Q9 and Super Cyber Centre decided to increase the number of courses to three in March. Free enrollments are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Don't miss the chance.

The Course provides skills of elementary computer operations, Q9 Chinese Input System and the use of Internet. The zealous participation of Shum Shui Po District elders in 2001 made the course a great success.

In order to show the appreciation to the elders' enthusiasm in learning new technology, Elders Affairs Group of Shum Shui Po District Council will hold a graduation ceremony on March 4, 2002. In the ceremony, certification will be awarded to those elders completed the course. Besides, Q9 representative will present the advance level of Q9 CIS.
